Unpopular Opinion - It's harder than ever to be a good data scientist
It is an understatement to say that AI, particularly the Data Science profession, is changing drastically with the introduction of GenAI and Large Language Models. In today's GenAI-driven world, being a good data scientist is more challenging than ever. In this article, I will summarize some of my thoughts and experiences working in traditional data science and, recently, AI engineering.
